Beginning 8 September 2026, deteriorated and damaged rain gutters and downspouts will be replaced throughout the community. Work will commence on Verena Court and continue for 4 weeks, ending in Leto Circle. These are the particulars:
- Buildings will be posted before work begins
- Working hours will be 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday
- You do not need to be home when the work is performed
- Workers will be on roofs and ladders
- There will be no need to access the interior of the home
- Front entry and rear patio gates must be unlocked.
