Two seats on the Board were open for election with terms commencing 1 January 2026. Two incumbents were the only candidates running for these seats. Attaining the 25% minimum quorum in early February 2026, the annual meeting of the members was held via Zoom on 12 February 2026. Our third-party inspector of elections, Accurate Voting, Inc., opened and counted the ballots, reporting the following results:
- Evan Goss, 69 votes
- Curt Rastetter, 70 votes
