Aegean Heights is a small, 266-unit planned residential development surrounded by the greater Aegean Hills area and located in beautiful Mission Viejo in South Orange County, California. The community was established in 1973 and then built out in the late 1970s in what was then unincorporated Orange County.
The neighborhood, along with the rest of Aegean Hills, was annexed by the City of Mission Viejo in 1992. The Aegean Heights Homeowners Association, incorporated under the laws of the State of California, is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to serve the community of Aegean Heights. The Association retains a Property Management firm, TSG Independent Property Management, to serve as the conduit between the board of directors and the association membership. Our community consists of both townhomes and detached patio homes. Each homeowner in Aegean Heights is a member of the Association. Monthly HOA dues support the maintenance of our common areas, pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, and certain portions of the townhomes.
